To care for gold-plated items, remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising, and gently wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing to remove any oils or dirt.

Store gold-plated pieces separately in soft pouches or a lined jewellery box to prevent scratching and tarnishing. Keep them in a dry place to avoid moisture, which can cause oxidation and dull the finish. This care routine will help maintain their shine and extend their lifespan.

We ship with DHL Express from Indonesia. Please allow 2-6 days shipping, depending on where you are in the world.

RETURNS

You must return the item(s) unused and in a saleable condition including all hand tags and original packaging without any undue delay, and in any event within a maximum period of 7 calendar days of delivery. Following a detailed inspection, the item may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only. A refund will be given if there is a fault in the item or it has been damaged during shipping. This policy is non-negotiable. 

There are to be no exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s PayPal account or credit card.

Please note that it is the customers responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item(s) and returns may only be made on full price products.
